UFC's First European Event of the Year
The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has announced its first European event of the year, UFC 304, which will take place on July 27, 2024, at the Co-op Live in Manchester, England. The event will be broadcast live on pay-per-view.
Edwards vs Muhammad 2 Headlines the Card
The main event of UFC 304 will feature a rematch between Leon Edwards and Belal Muhammad for the welterweight title. Edwards won the title in August 2022 with a stunning knockout of Kamaru Usman, while Muhammad is the current interim champion.
The co-main event will be a heavyweight title fight between Jon Jones and Ciryl Gane. Jones is a former light heavyweight champion and is considered one of the greatest fighters of all time, while Gane is the current interim heavyweight champion.
Other fights on the card include a middleweight bout between Paulo Costa and Marvin Vettori, a bantamweight fight between Sean O'Malley and Merab Dvalishvili, and a flyweight fight between Deiveson Figueiredo and Brandon Moreno.
