The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has launched a customised online grievance redressal portal, EPFiGMS, to streamline and expedite the resolution of grievances related to its services.
The portal allows PF members to lodge grievances conveniently online, with mandatory fields ensuring complete information for quick processing. To ensure speedy resolution, users with a Universal Account Number (UAN) are encouraged to select the appropriate grievance status.
EPFiGMS is accessible through a dedicated link, and members can also track the status of their grievances on the portal. This initiative aims to enhance the responsiveness and efficiency of EPFO in addressing member concerns.
