Max Verstappen Wins Belgian Grand Prix Sprint

WEB RedBulls Max Verstappen won Saturdays Belgian Grand Prix sprint event ahead of Sunday's 13th round. Verstappen won the sprint race and will collect eight bonus championship points.

Verstappen Dominates Spa

The two-time world champion recovered from losing the lead during a chaotic wet start. Verstappen charged back to the front and took the lead for good on lap 10. He went on to win by a comfortable margin, ahead of Ferrari's Charles Leclerc and Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton.

Verstappen's victory was his eighth in a row, and it extended his lead in the championship standings to 93 points. He is now the clear favorite to win his third world title this season.
